Claudia Murati es un abogado asociado en el bufete de abogados Demesmin & Dover.

Tracey Cabanis is a native of Long Island, New York, and proud mother of 2 young adult sons.

As a corporate IBM brat – Tracey moved with her parents to Los Angeles for high school, attended college in Atlanta, and law school at Thurgood Marshall School of Law (Texas Southern University), in Houston.

After graduating law school in 1994, Tracey moved to Miami cultivating her passions as a child support lawyer with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office, then and as a Civil Rights attorney with the U.S. Federal Court in Miami. Tracey relocated with her family, to Washington D.C., where she worked as an Enforcement Attorney for the Federal Elections Commission. Before returning to sunny South Florida, Tracey spent 15 years working in family law, real estate law, and became a banking fraud investigator for one of the nation’s largest financial institutions. This is where it became clear that the scales were unfairly tipped in favor of the big banks and corporations.

Tracey has a soft spot for the underdog and has made one of her life’s passions to assist and advocate for the underrepresented. The causes nearest to her heart include advocacy and education in the areas of fair credit, fair lending, and protection against abusive debt collectors.

Tracey believes that in addition to the fight for freedom and fairness–  people should build and protect their legacy.  She also helps small business owners with corporate set up and protecting their image, branding, and creative works through Copyright and Trademarks.

Tracey believes that while charity starts at home, at some point you have to take it to the streets. #CommunityService
