James Klein is an Associate Attorney at Demesmin & Dover Law Firm.
James is an experienced attorney who has successfully helped thousands of injured clients resolve their cases against some of the biggest insurance companies in the country.
Although a native to South Florida, James began his legal career in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. There, he worked with a prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firm to help bring justice to those who had been hurt or wronged by the negligent or reckless acts of others. With several years of experience in both states, James now handles a variety of Florida and Tennessee cases alike.
James was raised in Miami and attended Miami Beach Senior High School. He graduated from St. Thomas University in 2011 with Honors. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as an active member of the National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review.
In October 2021, James was an integral part of a small trial team which secured a $966,211.39 verdict for a client injured in a rollover automobile accident.
