About HANDY Homes
H.O.M.E.S., Inc., operating under the brand name HANDY, is dedicated to promoting community and economic development for lower-income residents and youth in disadvantaged neighborhoods across Broward County. With a focus on delivering high-quality services, the organization strives to empower at-promise and vulnerable populations.
To further its mission, HANDY annually hosts a Homecoming event, featuring entertainment, music, and culinary delights such as passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations, and specialty cocktails. This adult-only gala raises funds to support HANDY's efforts to embrace, educate, and empower at-risk youth. We are proud to announce that Jeremy Dover, Managing Partner at Demesmin and Dover Law Firm, has been nominated for Homecoming King at this year's event.

About Our Past Fundraiser
On August 11th, we held a lively and social event that was Havana themed. Attendees enjoyed a night of dancing and networking, while supporting the mission of HANDY Homes. The event featured a variety of culinary delights such as delicious small bites, as well as opportunities for attendees to improve their mixology skills through classes. Besides the entertainment, a raffle and silent auction were also held to raise funds for the organization. We invite you to take a look at the photos and videos from the event.

At Demesmin and Dover, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting those in need. Our team has been actively involved in fundraising efforts for HANDY Homes, with a focus on raising as much money as possible for this important cause.
Managing Partner and Accident Attorney Jeremy Dover became involved with HANDY Homes through a friend and took part in the Homecoming event, where he competed for the title of Homecoming King. We are proud to announce that not only did Jeremy win the crown, but he also contributed significantly to the cause, raising $15,000 for HANDY Homes.
Thanks to the hard work and generosity of all those involved, the Homecoming event was a huge success, raising $130,000 for the organization. We are grateful for your support in helping make a positive impact in the community through HANDY Homes.
