Beginning on October 3rd, 2023, at 12pm ET through November 4th, 2023, at 11:59 PM ET, go to https://www.instagram.com/demesminanddover/, follow @demesminanddover on Instagram, and find the story on @demesminanddover’s Instagram account and direct message to enter. You must enter this giveaway by online entry. You must (i) you must follow @DemesminandDover on Instagram.
Your Instagram account must be set to public at time of Entry and until the winner has been confirmed, as Entries with a private account setting may not be captured. If you do not have an Instagram account, visit www.instagram.com to register for free. Registration for and use of the Instagram platform is subject to the Instagram terms and conditions, and Promotion Parties have no responsibility with respect to such registration or use of the Instagram platform. Promotion Parties are not responsible for the functionality of the Instagram platform, including changes that may interfere with the Promotion or the ability of a potential entrant to participate in the Promotion. Winners are selected by random drawing from ALL entries received.

Each eligible entrant may submit up to 1 entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or other relevant account. Any attempt by you to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void your entries and you may be disqualified. Use of any repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar technology, system, or agent (including without limitation promotion entry services) to enter is prohibited and will void all of your entries. Any automated receipt (such as one confirming delivery of text message or e-mail) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Administrator of an entry. Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified. All Entries become the property of Administrator, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to residents of the state of Florida, 18 years of age and older as of August 1st, 2023, except for employees of Demesmin and Dover, ("Sponsor") and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
4. DRAWING:
The winners are selected through a random draw from ALL entries and will be notified by Instagram Direct Message using information provided at time of Entry and must respond within 24 hours to give a valid email address where notification of potential winner status and required documents as described below can be sent. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. Once tickets are transferred to winner, they must be accepted and claimed by winner’s ticketmaster account within 48 hours prior to the show. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”) and Instagram (collectively “Released Parties”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Released Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect Entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible Entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, Entries will be declared made by the name on the Entry.

Five (5) winner will each receive Two (2) Deck Tickets [PA4] awarded up to 5 winners using the selection process described below and satisfaction of eligibility requirements set forth above.

Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by email or mobile ticketing. Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the concert. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree Live Nation Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the concert, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the concert be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:
Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any of its conflict of law’s provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts.

Information submitted with an Entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on https://youraccidentattorneys.com/privacy-policy. If prompted, please do not share any personal information with any accounts other than the Sponsor’s account.
